If you correctly enter your User ID and are unable to proceed to the password screen, your account may be locked. Answer: You may change your mailing address in a Banking Center or online via Personal Online Banking. Please allow 1-2 business days for the update to become effective. To change your mailing address online, login to Personal Online Banking and select Customer Service from the top navigation menu bar. Then select Change Address under the Account Maintenance heading. This will take you to a form where you can enter in your new address information, select the accounts affected by the change and select the date you would like the change to take effect.
